It struck me today that travel equals hope.
It’s an act of faith that by stepping out of your day-to-day environment, things might be different in a way you might enjoy.
Home is uniquely comforting, but people talk about the “trappings” of home for a reason; I look around my house and see improvements I want to make, obligations to fulfill.
In a new environment, I project new stories for myself.
In art, harmony comes from a balance between variety and repetition; the same is true in life.
